Our philosophy is “Caring, Connecting, Coaching” when it comes to training members, and we do it in small group/team classes. With initial consultations that include bio-impedance analysis and a Functional Movement Screening we establish a baseline to set realistic goals and develop a personalized program to achieve them. Every member is also given a Mindset Muscle Manual that every week gives them a chance to reflect and think about what you can do to improve that week and why it’s important. Our classes use Functional Fitness as the primary method to help members reach their goals and have a maximum size of 8 and will have 2 coaches if more guidance is needed. Members not only exercise, they are taught proper form for each exercise and what benefit they are getting from it.
