We don't believe that age defines our capabilities, nor do we believe that everyone ages the same. Neither should you. What we do believe is that with proper movement and overall health, we can drastically slow down the rate at which we lose our functional capacity. This means that through moving better we can continue to enjoy the things we love to do, improve our quality of life, and maintain our independence for a much longer time.
We have dedicated ourselves to helping as many people as possible live their best lives every day. We've studied aging and pursued certifications such as Functional Aging Specialists through the Functional Aging Institute to ensure that we are bringing a safe, professional, and effective (not to mention fun) program to you.
We are all on life's journey and we are all aging. Through TriFitness Gym we can build a community of vitalized people who enjoy life and support each other through all it's ups and downs.

From the moment you meet him, it's clear that Jake is passionate about helping people. He has a unique ability to connect and inspire on a personal level. As a Master Fitness Trainer and Functional Aging Specialist, Jake is on a mission to change lives through fitness.

John is all about the community. He knows how important it is to have a place where you feel comfortable being yourself and a group of people that support and inspire you. For John - that place has always been the gym. As a Certified Personal Trainer with a Master's Degree in Business, John is blending his passions to create a community for you.
