GETTING STARTED IS EASY
So you're interested in Functional Aging fitness coaching but you're not quite sure what it is, let alone where to begin?
Don't worry, you're not alone - we all have to start somewhere.
Fitness doesn't have to be complicated and at TriFitness Gym, we are focused on keeping things simple so that you don't have to be a chemist or a rocket-scientist to discover your healthiest self (although chemists and rocket-scientists are definitely welcome too!)
Step 1:

At TriFitness Gym, one of our missions is to empower our community to make informed and values-based decisions. Watch this video to learn about working with a Functional Aging Coach and how it is different so you can decide if Functional Aging Coaching is right for you.
Step 2:
Schedule your free fitness strategy session.
Through the Fitness Strategy Session you will have an opportunity to meet with one of our coaches so we can get to know you and understand your unique fitness level and needs. Equally important, is that you have the opportunity to get to know TriFitness, our coaches, and our philosophies. During this time, we will work together to understand if TriFitness is the right gym for you, which program fits you best, and strategize the best possible path forward.
Step 3:
Set your goals, team up, and live life.
After your strategy session, you should be equipped with your unique fitness strategy and the basic tools for living a healthy and happy life. The next step to help jump-start your program is to set some goals and find some accountability partners. We can help you with both - so don't be afraid to talk to your coach or join our online community!
