TriFitness Gym in Clear Lake and Friendswood, TX is here to help you throughout your fitness journey. We are Functional Aging Specialists who deliver personalized programs in small group sessions. TriFitness was created for men & women over 50 who are looking for a smaller, more personalized coaching experience.
OUR SPACE
You won't find any complicated machines here. The truth is, our bodies move in very dynamic ways so the space in TriFitness is optimized for exercises that challenge, strengthen, and improve the body through more natural movements like body-weight and free-weight exercises. Don't worry, a coach is always present to guide and answer your questions so you can be successful, no matter what your fitness experience is.

Your Fitness Program
Your journey begins with a Functional Movement Screen and consultation in order to understand your individual current level of fitness as well as your fitness goals.
From the start to finish, every session is customized for you and evolves with you. We give you a personalized mobility warm-up and show you ways to modify exercises to make them safer or more challenging to meet your abilities.
Small Group Personal Training
Every session starts with a mobility warm-up, continues with strength training, and ends with a few rounds of stimulating high-intensity-intervals all customized for your fitness level and unique needs.
Our session have a maximum size of 8 people and a 4:1 client-to-coach ratio. It's a great way to experience the benefits of personal training with a Functional Aging Specialist at a more affordable price.
Learning Environment
Our coaches have the hearts of a teacher. We encourage questions and take the time to ensure you understand and feel comfortable with each exercise. We believe everyone deserves to be educated consumer of fitness.
